Live somewhere you’ll be excited to call home

Introducing
co-living.

A new way to live, work, and play

Meet the community.

We get it: making friends in a big city is hard. Whether you’re new in town, trying to meet new people, starting a business, or building your career, co-living helps you to be part of something bigger.

Co-living feels very similar to travelling. I enjoy talking with people from diverse backgrounds from all over the world. This brings more adventure to everyday life. Co-living appeals to the adventure & connection seeker in me. — Marcus Cordery, 29 yo, Entreprenuer
I've had to start from scratch a few times already in my life. But moving to London has put a whole new spin on starting over and I really do owe the positive side of my initiation to one thing - The Collective Old Oak. — Sophie Miller, 25 yo, Young Professional

A space for
everyone.

Each floor has shared living spaces designed to bring people together, from quiet places to work, to themed dining rooms and a roof garden for socialising. You'll also get access to onsite facilities such as a gym, launderette, spa and restaurant – all under one roof.
